Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. Assembly or use may affect eligibility for a full refund.

Claims submitted to sales staff may not be processed, and we cannot guarantee accurate information from non-returns personnel. This helps us provide consistent and fair resolutions.
Return Process

Return Shipping Label: A prepaid return label is included with your original package. Use it to return the item at no additional cost.

In-Store Returns: Local customers may return items in person at our store during business hours.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, but return shipping costs are covered with the provided label.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives with functional damage from shipping, please contact us immediately at info@ottawabikeandtrail.com with your order number and photos. Minor cosmetic scratches or scuffs that do not affect the function of the bike are not eligible for full reimbursement, though goodwill gestures may be offered at our discretion.
Goodwill Gestures
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or other resolutions for minor cosmetic issues or customer inconvenience. These gestures are at our discretion and are not required by policy.
